Headshot photography setup and planning using Remnote.io, a new way of taking notes

Anyone use reference based note taking? I find that the notes I took previously and are all over the place (especially when learning from YouTube or other classes or any other mental notes I need to store and retrieve).

I came across it recently and feel it's a better way of taking notes and organizing information. It's almost a cross between a wiki and a mind map. There's a few out there, Obsidian, Notion, Remnote (you can watch comparisons on YouTube). Remnote is the one I use (free version) if anyone is interested to try it out: remnote.io/invite/603ebfac2a09f0003fe86a77

As a photographer, I also use it to keep track of specific learnings like posing, strategies for taking photos, lists of what to bring to different types of photoshoots. For example:

That seems like a lot to bring for a "simple" headshot, but I do so to achieve a look that I want. The blue links are actually links to shared information for a fashion shoot, so I don't have to repeat the content.
